Zirian was a student at New Bostin High School and it's former King, until he was dethroned by John and subsequently demoted to Jack.
Appearance[]
Zirian was a tall student with green eyes and unkempt aquamarine hair. During both of his featured fights with John, he wore blue jeans and a greenish-grey shirt with rolled-up sleeves.
These fights left him looking quite a mess, especially the one where he lost his title.
Personality[]
Much like Arlo, Zirian was a King who did not put up with students causing havoc around his school. Whenever he had to deal with such troublemakers, he did not go easy on them. After beating them back into their place, he would talk down to them as well, throwing an insult or two in the process. Harsh though he was, he took the responsibilities of his position seriously. This aspect of his personality won the loyalties of several students.
Zirian did not think highly of late-bloomers, who were prone to letting their newfound power go to their heads. He felt that nobody was entitled to shortcuts within the hierarchy, though there was little he could do when his own power was suddenly surpassed.

Zirian loses his throne
In his third year, Zirian was pitted in a rank match against John. Zirian wins and keeps his throne. He explains his dislike of John's new rise of power to him, which further angers his opponent. Unimpressed by his attempt to deny this, Zirian insulted John and vowed that he'll never seize the throne as long as he's around. John continued to challenge him other times, but still couldn't beat overthrow the King. A year later, after discovering that he can amplify abilities, John challenged Zirian and overthew him. John was promoted to King while Zirian was demoted to Jack.[1]
Zirian criticizes Claire
Sometime after his demotion to Jack, Claire asked for his help to take down the rampant John. However, Zirian wasn't convinced, since Claire was John's friends. Seeing no other option, Claire lied, claiming that she was merely "using" John to rise up the ranks, and stated she had a vision of the class taking down John. Although disgusted by her "true motives," he accepted Claire's proposal.[2]

Zirian met with Claire at the appointed meeting place, with half of the class in tow. The students waited impatiently for John to arrive. During the rally, Zirian and other students made the mistake of using their abilities to take down John. It is presumed that Zirian was beaten and subsequently hospitalized.[3]
After John was expelled from New Bostin High, it's likely that Zirian regained his former title as "King".
Powers & Abilities:[]
Crescent Slash: Zirian's ability allows him to fire blue moon-shaped projectiles from his hands. These slashes are sharp enough to cut human flesh.
Zirian was the second strongest student in New Bostin, behind John.[1]
Trivia[]
- Zirian has the same stats as Meili. Though it should be noted that his level shown was when he was at New Bostin, meaning that it has likely grown.
- Zirian is yet to make a physical appearance, and it is unknown if he will.
- Zirian is likely in college now, given that he is two years ahead of John.
