Verte is a member of the Authorities.
Appearance[]
He is muscular with a green, slicked-back hair, unusual eyebrows, and sharp, blue eyes. He is only shown in military uniform.
Personality[]
Not much is known about him, but he has no qualms in killing terrorists. He is also shown to obey commands from Valerie.
Plot[]
Valerie and her squad arrived to one of Orrin's buildings through Verte's explosion after Kassandra alerted them through her phone.[1] Then, Valerie and Verte attacked the agents until Orrin ordered them to evacuate the building. After that, Valerie ordered her squad to follow Spectre and beware of traps.[2]

Demolition: This ability allows him to destroy things on his path with both short and long range.
