Memory Recall is a mental ability that allows its user to make others relive certain memories.

Description[]

Memory Recall allows its user to forcibly make others remember certain memories and appears to be achieved by physical contact. When it is used on the target, their eyes turn red.

Aside from forcing their targets to relive certain memories, it allows the user to view the same memories, allowing the user to extract vital information quickly and efficiently.

Usage[]

  • Memory Recall: This is the main effect of this ability. It recalls the target's memories, not limited by the timeframe.
  • Reading Memories: This can also be used to extract memories from the target which is useful from gathering information.[1]

Strengths & Limitations[]

The main advantage of Memory Recall lies in its powerful psychologically weakening effects, allowing users of this ability to take on even those of higher levels. Even god-tiers are not resistant to its traumatic effects, making it useful for interrogations and intelligence extractions.[2] The ability is also not limited by any timeframe, allowing the user to view any memories his targets have. It is not known if this ability can extract memories forgotten by the user or not.

Memory Recall's most obvious limitation is that the user needs to be in contact with the target to replay their memories. It also lacks offensive or defensive potential which makes this ability not used in combat situations. Therefore, this ability is more useful off the battlefield, preferably in a controlled environment.
