Melvin is one of the high-tiers who were recruited by Orrin for part of Spectre alongside Rein and another man, though he would meet his end shortly after.
Appearance[]
Melvin was a young adult of average height and fair skin. He had short cropped up purplish-indigo hair and angular green eyes. His speech bubbles are purple.
Personality[]
Melvin is shown to be a hot-headed individual which ended up being his undoing. Being a high-tier with a offensive related ability, this may have given him the confidence needed in most situations but not enough for him to avoid his death.

Escalation[]
Under Orrin's orders, Melvin was first seen with Rein and another high-tier with all of their abilities disabled. Orrin's choice was simple, work for us and we will return you your abilities. Melvin, being enraged at his predicament decided to attack the man that was responsible for his ability loss. Unfortunately for him, Orrin had other plans, first making him kneel using his ability, then mind controlling his other two compatriots into strangling him to death, to their horror. [1]
Division[]
To add insult to injury, after his death, Orrin decided to use his ability as a test bed for their newly acquired technology. [2]
His legacy lives on in Candice and Liam, both having access to his abiility to further Spectre and by extention Orrin's goals. [3]
His disappearance was also the catalyst in Kuyo's hunt for answers for the event that begins John and Seraphina's attempted murder, being unknowingly correct that it is all part of Spectre's ploy. [4]
Ability[]
Spectral Claw: Although he was never shown using it, Candice and Liam were able to use his converted ability to their advantage. He is likely able to create two ethereal claws that are each capable of lifting a person of the ground aside from being able to crush and slash his opponents. He is also augmented with enhanced speed to allow him to extend his claw's reach.

- Melvin is the eighth confirmed high-tier, after Rei, Remi, Cecile, Keon, Lennon, Blyke and Candice. He is the weakest of them all.
- The picture used to depict his stats was after his passing, whether it was intentional is up to anyone's guess, but seems to be extremely morbid to some.
