When activated, the user’s palms illuminate with an intense white glow.
Usage
The user can use this ability to create light bright enough to blind an opponent[1] or use it like a flashlight with their hands so far.[2].
Strengths and Limitations
Illumination presumably provides a way for its user to navigate through the dark, though it would also give away the user's position. This notwithstanding, it is highly advantageous for dramatic effect during horror stories.
Other than the tactic mentioned above, it has little other offensive or defensive capabilities. Even its one use in combat is limited to surprise attacks. Due to its known user being low-tier, this ability is very simple and straightforward.
