Dominion is a dangerous ability that imposes the user's will in the bodies of their victims.
Description

That's not jealousy you're seeing in her eyes...
Upon activating this ability, the user's eyes and aura flare in their signature colors. Erstwhile, the bodies of those under their control also become enveloped in the user's aura. Usually, the eyes of said victims glow in the user's signature color as well.
At this point, the user can command their unwilling puppets to do just about anything with a thought. Those controlled can be made to forget that their will is being supplanted by someone else's. Even those who remain aware of the ordeal are powerless to stop it.
Instructions given by a Dominion user cannot be defied, even after a long period of time passes.
Usage
- Compliance The primary use is to force anybody to do the user's bidding. A Dominion user can seize complete control of the motor functions of all their targets, and can hold them in place or direct them into completing any task.
- Possession A user is able to project their own consciousness into another for more direct control. It also grants the means to see through the eyes of their target, whose awareness and sense of self is shut away for the duration.
- Ventriloquism During such instances, the user is able to speak to others in their own voice,
- Remote Ability Usage The greatest advantage is the access to their target's own ability, allowing the user to fight from a distance without risking their own safety.
Strengths and Limitations
Dominion grants the user great advantages. For one, their instructions and orders do not need to be spoken aloud. It would seem that even those under its effects have no way of knowing what the user is going to make them do until they are doing it. And no matter how far these subjects travel from the user or how much time elapses, the commands hold strong.
So far, anybody who has attempted to defy an order they were given goes into a trance. Orrin, for example, doesn’t want anybody knowing where he is. So people required to transport in supplies and personnel are sworn to secrecy, and freeze if they so much as try to point out Orrin on a map.
Kayden struggles to remember being subjected to this ability’s effects, though it’s not clear whether this is a constant or a conscious direction. Whether or not victims are aware something is wrong with their bodies, it’s clear that not just anyone can break free from the user's influence.
The drawbacks of Dominion are few. Presumably, the number of people that can be controlled is proportional to the user's level. Likewise, the target's own level can be a factor in regaining conscious control of themselves.
Knowledge on the use of other abilities is presumably required in order to effectively turn others into "battle puppets". Orrin showed no difficulty in using Arachnid whilst controlling Rein.
The most chilling aspect of Dominion lies in the fact that it's almost impossible to tell who is a sleeper agent just waiting for orders from on high. Known victims who regain control of themselves face discrimination, as there's no way of confirming whether or not they'll be under the thrall of the user once again. The only known way of circumventing this subtle influence is through users of Aura Manipulation, who are able to sense the faint aura of Dominion within a target.
Judging by the fact that Orrin battled the Authorities in a remote part of the building, it appears that Dominion users aren't suited to direct confrontation. Though forcing others with combat abilities to fight is an option, it appears that their own bodies become vacant and vulnerable while taking direct control of another.
One thing a Dominion user cannot ensure is secrecy. While they can easily command others not to willingly divulge sensitive information, this measure falls apart against abilities that can penetrate the mind, such as Memory Recall.
