So this is it, huh?

- Seraphina

This is the 329th episode of unORDINARY.

Synopsis[]

At his apartment building, Darren steps off the elevator and notices a wanted poster with photos of Leilah and Seraphina. He tears the poster down and rips it up before proceeding to his apartment; unbeknownst to him, a neighbor observes him tearing the poster down and calls the Authorities.

In Darren’s apartment, Seraphina is running a fever of 102 degrees, and has been since her fight with Valerie. Leilah chastises her for getting into such an intense fight so soon after her channels opened up, as her body can’t handle all the aura flowing through it yet, but Seraphina replies that Val started the fight and that her face looked too punchable to resist. She also delivers the good news: with Spectre’s temporary treatment, her aura channels would normally be closing back up by now, but despite her fever they remain wide open, indicating that her ability recovery is much longer lasting, if not permanent. Leilah is thrilled by the news, hugging her younger sister.

In the kitchen, Darren is cooking stir-fry on the stove when he hears a knock at the door. He turns off the stove and answers to find two Bureau agents named Fleur & Orson. The officers announce that they’re here to investigate a call of suspicious activity and that they have a warrant to search his apartment, leaving Darren no choice but to let them in. Eventually, the officers move to search the room where Leilah and Seraphina are hidden; realizing their time hiding here is up, Darren uses his ability to give the two officers nightmarish hallucinations before smacking them in the face with the frying pan. Hearing the commotion, Leilah emerges to find the two officers unconscious; Darren instructs the sisters to pack their things, as it won’t be long before the rest of the Bureau catches on. Leilah confirms she has a place for them all to go.

Later in the car, Leilah says that after the discovery of Orrin’s main facility, the Bureau have the area on lockdown, forcing them to relocate to a different territory to the north controlled by Neil, Leilah’s boss. Sera asks if they’ll ever be able to return to Wellston, but Leilah says safety is their top priority for now.

At the Safe House, Remi, Blyke, and Isen are discussing their new apartment hideout. Remi says that Kuyo knows about the hideout, but is still refusing to meet Grayson face-to-face. They are then approached by Evie and Dylan, who are worried that John hasn’t appeared at combat classes or answered their text messages. Blyke can’t remember seeing him come out of his room recently, and Remi says they’ll check on him after school. When they get there, they knock, and are surprised to see John’s condition.
