This is the 269th episode of unORDINARY.

Synopsis[]

John is having an epiphany regarding his state of ability when Blyke knocks the door to his dorm. He invites the former king to his group lunch with Isen and Remi. John is surprised and reluctantly accepts the offer. On their way, Blyke checks up on his situation. John is impressed that everyone managed to keep his secret safe, wondering how the Authorities did not caught wind of it. Remi expresses her distrust at the powers that be. Blyke backs her up by stating that they should keep the info to themselves for the time being. This makes John more suspicious of the three.

The group encounter William, who got lost on his way to John's dorm. The latter's addressing of him does not gone unnoticed. (William secretly proud of him for making new friends). John questions his father's intention on coming to Wellston. William answers that he was informed of his son's injury and rushed to the school to see for himself. He is worried John is still hiding his ability. The trio witness their interaction, prompting the embarrassed John to urge them to go first. Remi invites William to join their group instead.

At their chosen restaurant, the trio brief William on what happened during their field trip. He symphatizes with their struggle while also thinking whether John held himself back. He then asks what the intention of their attackers. Isen says they are now at the Authorities' custody, therefore the motive will soon be revealed. Remi credits every member of the club for their cooperation during the trying times, while Blyke specifically mentions that John played a big part on their effort. William then inquires about how the club established, with Remi again saying it was a team effort. She also singles out John's role as well as explaining the trials they faced along the way. William is pleased that they overcame the adversities, unaware of John being one of said adversities. He thinks the club's noble goal is not without its challenges. However, Blyke tells him that their headmaster gave them his support, which William take notes of. He also approves of the club and wishes it exists back in his school days.

The trio later part ways with William and John. The former compliments his son's pals, while the latter says they were just "recently on speaking terms". Regardless, William is happy for him. He also expresses his delight at John for not being ashamed of his ability anymore as well as recovering from his previous setbacks.
