Synopsis[]
John recognizes the aura of the invisible person behind him to be the same as the one trailing them from Kovoro Mall. He bids Seraphina a hasty farewell and gives chase. John hounds the running person around the school, astounded by his quarry's running speed. The hunt ends at Safe House's door, where the person's aura was deactivated.
Later that day, John contemplates that the invisible person was aware of John's aura sensing range and stayed well out of it, therefore clearly knew his ability well. But then he realizes that the person is trailing Seraphina, not him. Seraphina was aware of this, and was trying to tell him back when he was King, but he refused to listen. He knocks on Blyke's door, and asks the new King for advice on joining the Safe House.
