Catalyst Ray is an unnamed projectile ability. This is the first ability John has successfully copied.
Description[]
Much like Lazor, upon activation, the user appears to hold a sphere of energy, in their signature color, before firing their ability. Upon firing, the sphere turns into a ray shape that fires in the hand's direction. The user is able to sheathe their beam as well.
Strength & Weakness[]
This is a mid-tier ability. It is not a very complex ability, as shown how John copied it on accident. It also seemingly takes a while to charge, giving the opponent time to evade.

- This ability has been unofficially named "Catalyst Ray" due to being the first ability John has ever copied. This would lead him to realize his true power.
- Oliver brags that his ability is useful, despite it only being useful against a cripple.
