Botanist is a versatile ability that allows the user to generate and manipulate energy trunks and vines.
Description[]
Botanist allows its user to create prehensile vine-like constructs; these generated constructs are flexible and can be used to capture and restrain opponents but can also be used offensively[1]. The use of this ability is not limited to creating mere trunks, but also sharp vines that can injure restrained opponents.
The trunks generated by this ability glow purple, while the vines are generated in a dark purplish colour.
Usage[]
- Energy Trunks Generation: The primary usage of this ability allows its users to create and manipulate the trunks as they please. The vines can be used to attack foes or as restraints to trap foes[1]. The trunks themselves are strong enough that they are capable of lifting police cars with minimal effort.
- Energy Vines Generation: Botanists can also create sharp vines along the trunks to injure restrained opponents.[1].
Strengths and Weaknesses[]
Botanist appears as a versatile and powerful ability, capable of restraining God-tiers like Kuyo if needed and attacking foes from a distance.
While it has yet to be shown and based on the ability's defence stat, it is likely that the trunks generated are able to be used defensively to protect the user. In fact, Kuyo also mentioned that his Katanas are not sharp enough to cut through the trunks.[1]
