Once active, users of Barrage can pressure opponents with rapid consecutive punches. The ability not only grants enhanced punching speed but also grants a general speed boost, allowing the user to move around more quickly than an average person.
When the ability is active, the user's eyes glow, and the user's fists gain an aura that matches their hair colour.
Strengths and Limitations[]
The sheer volume of punches thrown when this ability is active ensures that even a competent combatant can't block every single one, and leaves them with little time to counter.
Each punch thrown by the user isn't much stronger than any thrown while the ability isn't active. While a weaker opponent may eventually be overwhelmed, a high enough defense stat would likely negate the advantages this ability grants.
Barrage seems to require the user to focus on their target, leaving them vulnerable to being blindsided by surprise attacks from third parties.
